Experience
In my DesignOps leadership role, I’ve driven multiple cross-functional initiatives focused on scaling processes, increasing team efficiency, and building a more inclusive design culture. I partnered with the Bleacher Report and NCAA Sports teams to implement a structured design workflow and Kanban ticketing system—a change management effort that introduced new ways of working, sparked innovation, and improved operational efficiency across teams.
To ensure continuous improvement, I facilitated regular team retrospectives and distributed surveys post-launch, using both qualitative and quantitative insights to refine workflows and strengthen collaboration. I also led a large-scale accessibility initiative in partnership with the WBD Accessibility Center of Excellence, equipping 10+ designers with tools, training, and resources to deliver ADA-compliant and inclusive design experiences. Throughout each effort, I worked closely with product, engineering, and design partners to ensure alignment and long-term success.

As Senior Manager of DesignOps, I focus on aligning people, processes, and progress to create a more efficient and collaborative design organization. I ensure teams are aligned, clear on roles and responsibilities, and fully supported with the tools and resources they need to do their best work.
One of my most meaningful achievements in this role has been consolidating multiple design groups and implementing a standardized design process. This initiative significantly improved collaboration across teams by providing a shared framework and language. Designers from different departments were able to work together more effectively, fostering stronger cross-functional partnerships and a more unified design culture.

Senior Product Design Manager
As Senior Product Design Manager, I focus on raising the bar for user experience, visual design, and customer engagement. I lead and mentor our design team to consistently deliver high-quality work, from competitive analysis and requirements gathering to user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
I collaborated across multiple teams to help launch the Magnolia app, delivering a product that brings the brand experience to life for users. This project also gave me the opportunity to partner with cross-functional leads to define and evolve our end-to-end design process, creating a more seamless and scalable approach to product development.

In my cross-functional work with product, engineering, project management, and content teams, I supported a cohesive, end-to-end development process that kept user experience at the center.
